Growing Garlic

First-time garlic planter and so far so good! Planted the bulbs and covered with mulch in fall of 2022 in a raised garden bed. Will harvest soon in July, 2023. They will need to hang and cure out of direct sunlight for 4-6 weeks and then will be ready for storage. I pulled a few bulbs early and they look beautiful and have a wonderful mild taste. One of the easiest vegetables to grow in my opinion plus they are pretty in the garden with their tall green leaves.
