Yellow roses & Goldfinches.

First Rosebush in many years and it is bursting with deep golden yellow blooms, so pretty! It is planted close to the Goldfinch feeder and seems to have a calming effect on the birds as they hang around a bit longer than usual. Goldfinches are attracted to bright colors and I find that they love bouncing around zinnias and cosmos also when they are in full bloom.
